DAMAGED GOODS
 
If the goods you receive are damaged you must let us know within 24 hours of delivery. These are the terms of our agreement with our courier company. All damaged goods will be picked up by our courier company at no charge to you and a replacement order will be sent at no further cost to you. If an item is faulty and requires replacement please call us and we will arrange for the item to be returned to us at our cost. We cannot accept goods for return unless you have contacted us first. 
 
GOODS YOU DON’T LIKE
 
We understand that sometimes it is not always possible to tell if you will like a product just from a picture and description or whether it will fit.  We are happy to provide a refund for any unused products that are returned to us in good condition within 7 days of purchase.
 
We cannot provide refunds for products that have been used or products that have been opened and used unless the manufacturer provides a money back guarantee.  Many of the dry pet food companies provide this type of guarantee so if your pet will not eat the product then your purchase price will be refunded.
 
We are sorry but we cannot provide refunds for products that you have not purchased from us.
