With their complex digestive systems, cavies need a natural hay-based pellet that meets daily fibre requirements and contains essential vitamins and minerals. Fibre Feast is our answer.
Developed with guinea pig-specific expertise, Timothy hay is the star of this blend. It is balanced with lucerne, peas and flaxseed to give piggies the correct ratio of healthy fats and quality proteins.
Uniquely, this feed is 100% New Zealand made, crafted from ingredients grown in Otago and cold-pressed into tasty pellets.
The naturally high-fibre, low calcium plant content is supported by a vet-designed blend of minerals, vitamins, probiotics, prebiotics and amino acids. With the correct calcium to phosphorus ratio, and fortified with vitamin C, your pigs get everything they need for optimal health in one pellet.
It’s not just about what we’ve put in. What we’ve left out also makes a difference. There are no fillers, no grain, no soy and no artificial colours either. It’s simply a selection of nature’s best.

Product Ingredients
Timothy hay, lucerne hay, peas, flaxseed meal, vitamins and minerals, salt, choline chloride, prebiotic MOS, monocalcium phosphate, inulin, antioxidants, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, L-isoleucine, L-valine, sodium bentonite, seaweed meal, rapeseed oil, natural apple flavour.
Product nutritional
Beneficial fibre 45%, crude fibre 25%, crude protein 14%, fat 2.5%, ash 7%, calcium 0.6%, phosphate 0.35%, metabolisable energy 9 MJ/kg/DM.
Product feeding
– Small guinea pigs: 45g daily (1/4 cup)
– Large guinea pigs: 60g daily (1/3 cup)
While Fibre Feast is a complete feed, guinea pigs still need access to fresh hay for dental health, and clean drinking water should always be provided. It’s a good idea to slowly transition your pet onto a new diet over 2 – 3 weeks. Add just a few pellets (around 10%) to their old feed, and gradually increase the amount until they’re eating 100% Fibre Feast. Always monitor the weight of your pigs. If you are unsure, seek veterinary advice.
